For the rosters, find the 2k Sports/Nba 2k9 folder in your applications data folder (on xp it's usually c:/Documents and settings/yourName/Application Data/2K Sports/NBA 2k9) and put that roster file in the Saves folder. Didn't test it (still downloading the patch), but all the other .ROS files are stored there, so... You'll probably have to load them from the game though

after i installed the patch, the game crashes when i quit, like when the game ends, i press quit and it crashes to desktop.
it's pretty frustrating really, i suspect it's the certain 1.1 crack version

Showfom, the trade deadline finished on 2/19/09. That is why 2K Sports released a new roster with all the new trades on 2/20/09. I'm hoping you can release that. The roster on comment 64(AkoSiAko) that you released(from 2K Sports) is really good and I've been using it.

same here. i'm looking forward to the official roster update after the deadline although i've already manually fixed the official roster so it is really up-to-date as of today including rotations, disregarding injuries. i hope krstic will be on the next patch, he is the biggest name not included in the last official roster update.

I download NBA 2K9 Official PC Patches cracked release V1.1 in here.
BUT I think there are lack of files in rar file cuz I see a lot of ghost player in game.
For example, Others who downloads V1.1 patch thru steam dosen't have any problem for using created players.
However, I have a problem for useing created players who don't have a head and body color is white.
I think some PNGXXXX.iff files are missing.
Is that patch really same as original 1.1 patch thru steam? I need more PNGXXXX.iif file such as PNG4045.iff, PNG4105.iff, PNG4090.iff and more.
Can you check this? Thanks

i've got truobles playing nba 2k9, in fact i cannot play at all becasue of CTD, i need to prove this patch first, but i don't have the"original" NBA 2K9.EXE ....

ya, but i didn't download it, i've got it from a friend of mine who told me to unrar the package (the full game) into a folder and simply to start it clocking on nba2k9.EXE...
i tried, and the game starts, but when i attempt to start the match, it gives me a CTD ..crash to desktop
i really don't know how to do to run it ....probably using the patch it won't give useful results....
have you ever experienced CTD issues? does your game install itself or you simply put it into a folder like i did ?
i do this question just because i didn't download it from torrent like i said, so it could be also that i've got a "bad" version of the game....

i tried the cracked nba 2k9.exe i found on this website and it seems fantastic, because i replaced this one to the other one i had and it works finally.
i can go ingame and play basketball on nba 2k9 ....
still, i don't know how much it will last (i tried it only 2-3 minutes, and i didn't finish a single game) ...but at least i can go INGAME when previously i didn't.
now i'm downloading the patch but i'll try it carefully, first i've got to verify i won't have CTD anymore.
the friend of mine gave me a ripped version of the game, now, i really don't know why it didn't work with his own cracked exe, but you know, i replaced it with this one i found here and magically it works.
i have to solve the keyboard usb (without wires...) issue tough ....it seems that the menu goes slowest with mouse and keyboard usb connected to my lasptop.
well, could you tell me what does the patch fix?

and please tell me if this could solve the save profile issue... cause i can't save anything... after i'm done playing and exit the game and start playing again everything just gets reconfigured to its original settings! video settings, advanced video settings plus control setup! it's very annoying really! it always takes me minutes to reconfigure it back just to play another game again... please please showfom tell me what to do... i'm a great listener and a follower. so just tell me what to do and i'll do it... i finished downloading everything... i'll post another comment just in case the same problems persist... thanks a lot for now...

to all the people out there... yes this patch works great!
known issues that were solved by this patch:
1.game crashes everytime you exit the game.
2.game hangs or gets stuck after the first half. and yes the bug that makes the showgirls keep dancing and dancing while the coach circles his players(hehehe)
3.no inbounds
4.i believe the shoes too are kinda' edited... for better that is...
Long live 2k9! i just hope they won't sell their shit to EA sports!!!

open nba2k9.reg then modify the file path of
the cache and saves folder
If you don't know how to modify the .reg file,
just run it and the default Saves and Cache
folder is D:\NBA 2K9\Cache and D:\NBA 2K9\Saves

pls. help me with my nba 2k9...
my friend gave me a copy of nba 2k9...in his PC, totally works fine..
but when i installed it on mine.. im having problem with cannot save the profile.. and the game stuck up on 1st qtr or 2nd qtr. and every time i close the game. it keeps on hanged up..
then i download the torrent patch here..
i copy and paste the extracted file to the original folder is that right?
and then after that..it shows an error "“steam error: Application load error"..
please help me to solve this?
