With this tool, you can see the players' faceid, PDPid, and one unknown id and so on

You can drag the file to the NBA 2K9 Mini Editor.exe

For example, Kobe Bryant's face id is 195. So the iff file for Kobe Bryant is png195.iff

I cannot find my created player's ID with this tool - it says 3146 - no such iff file ?

But you can change the faceid as you like.

Yeah but nothing happens with my created player whom I gave 9999 and respectively put png9999.iff in the main NBA 2k9 folder with rest faces imports (it worked with Brad Miller's number though) Any idea?

my question is that I don't understand how that works, the nba2k9 mini editor. I have downloaded the program onto the pc but how do I use my created player on ps3 and assign him a face and so on?
