NBA 2K10 Post-Patch Crew/Team-Up Issue

Hey guys,
We are trying to get a better understanding of the issue here. Please share with me what is happening of the following options:

1.) The game ends with a dialog that reads "A network problem has been encountered that prevents gameplay from continuing."

Users encounter this message when the state of the game differs between machines (e.g. one machine thinks a point was scored and another doesn't). They're usually triggered by the actions taken by one of the users in the match before entering gameplay, so if this category comprises your error, for now enter crew games directly from the title screen and not go anywhere else first. We can look into what is causing this instead.

2.) The game ends with a dialog that reads "Network conditions are too poor for this game to continue" or "Connection with opponent lost. Exiting game."

These are our peer-to-peer networking error dialogs. If these show up as soon as everyone readies up in the "Game Lobby" - probably after a dialog appears that reads "Exchanging data. Please wait" - then one or more machines in the match are incapable of communicating with each other.

3.) General Lag

This latency is caused by connecting to a host that's either laggy or you are not acting well peer-to-peer with the host. Part of the patch was to cache these broken connections so this should get better over time for those of you who play a lot.

4.) Other Error Message

Please share with us exactly what error message you are hitting. One thing I haven't seen (which was majorly the case before the recent patch) is the Online FAQ error message. So at least that's better for those of you who do a good job port forwarding.

I can't start new season in my player. the playoff round have already done. I am in june in schedule and no more games are available. When play off ended I choose sign with and the game closed. When I open it again Im still in the same team and when I press start nothing happens.

yeah me 2 ... it was so much work to get my player to a 72 rating in 1 season ... and now i can?t go to the second season
maybe the worst problem in "myplayer" mode !

@dark_11, if that happens you have to start a new career all over again.. so i suggest that if you play again have 2 or more saved games..

There is problem in My Player mode when CPU attack just freeze and wait last 3 seconds of attack and then shoot or when you asking for the ball CPU just dont pass and bad defence of CPU and Player

There is problem in Trade Logic at association mode... CPU teams may trade what ever t.wants

Any way to fix the constant crash to desktop issues? The game is unplayable due to CTDs.

Hello there!
So, I did put the All Star game jerseys correctly i the folder, but when i'm gonna play WestX East all the jerseys are white and crow are white too.. could u wxplain.. is there iff files right or something.. thx

1)after my first season my player mode doesn't working.the schedule is empty and I can't play 2nd season..
2)I can't play pick up games with my player (it says control your ethernet connection but I have noproblem with it)
I think you should deal with my player mode firstly..

we should beable to get our players traded if we want not wait till the end of the season and just choose what team thats bullspit & be able to skip some games in the season because i hate playing the kings and clippers like 3 times each online is laggy so many problems with 2k10 they need to fix soon

I dont like the fact that the games in MYPLAYER mode take 5 minutes per quarter and the simulated games take 12! That makes it hard to get into all-star game because the stats of 20 minutes are much less than the stats os 48 minutes.

I finished my second season and when I try to start the nex game the system freezes. I updated the game and got new more drills but it still freezes when I try to start a new season. I finished all drills and still nothing. Please help.

I can't even get 1 minute into the first quarter on pick-up games...
The game stops and says "Connection with Opponent Lost. Exiting game"
This is frustrating.
I think it's one of a few different things:
- My connection times out
- My opponent is in some third world country and his/her connection times out
- I start to kick so much ass in the 1st quarter that they just quit
or
- Playstation and/or 2k Sports didn't really have their shit together before launching this feature
