"Almost the same as" doesn't cut it. As a programmer myself I can't stress to you enough how conspicuous that quote sounds. As if we needed two programs that do the same thing? What would be the advantages and disadvantages that contrast the two?
Stuff here should be reviewed and scanned for malicious code before being permitted and manually submitted by a webmaster or administrator.

@crippknottick, Thanks, but the author of this tool doesn't have enough time and NBA 2K9 Headshape Modding 3D Tool works for NBA 2K10, just have some bugs. Thanks, I'll correct it.
