@axxon, put the .ros to %appdata%/2k sports/nba 2k9 put .iff to your nba 2k9 folder
and load the roster in your game.

@sickhandlez, copy png943.iff to your nba 2k9 folder.
and copy Mj_Roster.ros to your %appdata%/2k sports/nba 2k9/saves
%appdata% means that Start > Run > %appdata%
Then load the roster in your game.or delete roster.ros and rename Mj_roster.ros as roster.ros
So understand?

I already have pasted the png943.iff on C:\Documents and Settings\user name\Application Data\2K Sports\NBA 2K9 but MJ head still doesnt appear. I have pasted it along with the cache folder and the saves folder

Did you download it? Did you install NBA 2K9? Just find the original png943.iff in your NBA 2K9 folder and overwrite it !
