You need to install .net framework 2.0 first

With this tool, you can edit the courts, current players, jerserys, shoes, nba/aba balls, startup screens and so on.

First, copy the iff file to your folder.Click it and pull it to bin.exe

Open NBA 2K9 IFF Editor.exe, then you can export the picture by clicking Save buttom.

Edit the picture, then click it and pull it to the NBA 2K9 IFF Editor.exe.

If you don't know how to do this, please see the IFF Editor video tutorial(rename it as .wmv)

    Is there any known issues with the program running on Vista 64 bit OS's? The editor is crashing when I open iff files. Works with XP x86 just fine though.

    Showfom, how do I compress the file after I make my edits to the saved .png file. In the video you have the compress.exe but its not in version 9 of the editor. Help!

    when i decompress an iff file, the new files that appear are in .bin extensions. the tutorial shows the new files should be iff too, right. help.

    The links from this site *NEVER* seem to work! Either these dudes are playing games, or they don't know WTF they're doing!
    Coming here to download anything always ends up being a monumental waste of time and energy.

    i donwloaded both video tutorial and the tool and found out

    that the video tutorial in more confusing than a written procedure, tried to follow what i understood from the readme and video tutorial and all i get is an application error.. cant open a single iff file from the tool.. and yes i decompressed every single one of the iff file i used like s022 - s030 and got all the same application error. im using windows xp and installed the framework thing still nothing...

    and about that decompress thing after modifying the files i an certain that you need to recompress it again but i never saw that in the video which was a very confusing video, a written procedure would be better instead of that kind of video. and i just downloaded this thing to find out if i can change the appearance of the generic players but too bad it never worked for me... oh well im downloading nba 2k10 now.. i wish i could say pretty nice tool but cant.. tnx anyways

    @putaka, and yes when i decompressed the iff it made 2 new .bin files... not iff.. not same as from the video...
